These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 686jl ("686jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 686jl website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 686jl Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 686jl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the 686jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your 686jl account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

686jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 686jl's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to payment provider limits.
• Deposits are credited to your 686jl wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant.
• 686jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes. Unverified accounts may experience delays pending KYC completion.
• 686jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• 686jl does not charge withdrawal fees; however, payment provider fees may apply.

From time to time, 686jl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 686jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or false identity documents.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 686jl staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 686jl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any 686j l trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 686jl intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 686jl and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 686jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with your deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 686jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You may close your 686jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

686jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.

• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 686jl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.

686jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 686jl Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 686jl Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
